Musical Postcard #1-Dog on wheels (Belle&Sebastian)

Just want to do this, some musical postcards...to stay a bit focused (not so easy while travelling), choose a song, a good spot, a stranger who has 3 minutes of free time...something simple, spontaneous, a bit out of time...a moment.
